Laila Peak is a stunning mountain peak located in the Karakoram Range in Pakistan. At an elevation of 6,096 meters, it is considered one of the most beautiful peaks in the world and a popular destination for mountaineers and adventure enthusiasts.
The peak is named after a local princess, Laila Khan, and is also known as “Golden Peak” due to its striking golden color when the sun shines on it. It’s located in the Hushe Valley, a remote and rugged area that requires a multi-day trek to reach.
Laila Peak is considered a technical climb and requires advanced mountaineering skills. The climb takes around 7-10 days to complete and involves crossing glaciers, steep ice walls, and exposed ridges. The summit offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and valleys, including the Trango Towers and the Khumbu Valley.
The peak has been climbed by some of the most skilled mountaineers in the world, including the legendary Reinhold Messner. The first ascent of the peak was made by a German-Austrian expedition in 1979, and since then, it has been a popular destination for experienced climbers looking for a challenging and rewarding climb.
Aside from mountaineering, the area around Laila Peak offers opportunities for trekking and hiking. The Hushe Valley is a remote and beautiful region, dotted with small villages and surrounded by snow-capped peaks. Welcome at Islamabad airport and transfer to hotel. Afternoon proceed for city tour of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, which includes famous Faisal Mosque, Shakar Parian, Pakistan monument, Damen Koh, Lok Versa, Museum, Rawalpindi old bazaar, Raja Bazaar.

Drive to Naran 6-7 hours 239 km, after lunch continue drive to Chilas 3-4 hours 113.3 km via Babusar Pass 4,173 m.
Babusar Pass is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 4,173 m (13,691 ft) above the sea level. The pass is the highest point in the Kaghan Valley, Pakistan. The pass connects the Kaghan Valley via the Thak Nala with Chilas on the Karakorum Highway. It’s one of the famous hair pinned roads in the world.
